Dudley draws from a long and varied experience in Information Technology Services. For over 13 years he has worked exclusively on Technology for companies listed anywhere from VentureWire to the Fortune 100. Dudley is a rare blend of Executive, Extrepeneur, and Consultant. His Executive roles have included acting CIO positions for several companies and technology advisory services to CEOs trying to rebuild their technology organizations or looking for an external, professional, point of view. As an Entrepeneur Dudley has built two technology service companies, including Financial Dynamics which, with over 200 employees, was acquired in 1997 by public company CIBER, Inc. He also sits on several advisory boards for growing private companies.

As a consultant Dudley has maintained long-term relationships with companies who look to him and his company as a virtual, full-service, IT Department. In addition to his employees at Pallas Technology, Dudley has a network of Software Engineers, Infrastructure vendors, and Technology Service Vendors that he can apply to custom software development and integration projects of any size.
